Also known as “Graceful Bamboo.” A very popular, hardy and lush clumping bamboo that grows in an upright form, with only the tallest tops tending to nod. As the name suggests, it is very similar to Bambusa textilis except for a thinner, more slender cane profile. It is very fast growing and can reach heights of 25′ within two years in optimal growing conditions. Cold tolerant. Can be used very successfully in containers and indoors due to it’s smaller form. Makes an ideal privacy screen or hedge. All green.
